GUARANTEE – ACE Autoparts
(a) ACE Autoparts guarantees all goods to be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for:
• 12 months (private automotive use)
• 6 months (commercial/industrial use)
(b) If a defect is found, ACE Autoparts will repair or replace the item, at its discretion, provided the Buyer notifies ACE Autoparts in writing within 14 days of delivery.
(c) The Buyer must return defective goods at their own cost or cover any repair-related expenses (e.g. travel, freight).
(d) This guarantee does not apply if:

No proof of purchase is provided

The claim form is incomplete or incorrect

No fault is found
-
The item was misused or operated negligently
-
Incorrect voltage was used
-
Installation was incorrect
-
The fault was caused by factors outside ACE Autoparts’ control
