Refund policy

Returns
We have a 1 month return policy, which means you have 1 month after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice provided with your order or proof of purchase.

Items will be inspected once they arrive at our warehouse and a decision on your refund will be made, beware that some restocking fee may apply depends on situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions 
If for some reason we have sent you an incorrect item, we will come do swap or provide you with a return label so that you can ship that item back to us and we will make sure to send out the correct item to you as soon as possible. 

In some cases we will not ask for the item back and ask you to dispose of it. While still providing you with the correct item that you ordered.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or credited to your account depends on which account typre you are. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
