Innovative energy-saving low-viscosity fully synthetic PAO-based premium engine oil developed for the latest Volkswagen petrol and diesel engines, including turbocharged, direct-injection and particulate-filter-equipped applications. Specially designed for vehicles requiring VW 508 00 or VW 509 00 specifications.

Product properties:

• Fully synthetic PAO base and a specialised additive package provide excellent anti-wear, anti-friction and extreme-pressure properties for reliable protection of engine and turbocharger components;
• Excellent detergent and dispersing properties together with high thermal-oxidative stability help control deposits and maintain engine cleanliness throughout the oil change interval;
• Low-viscosity formulation and excellent anti-friction properties help improve fuel economy;
• Excellent low-temperature cranking and pumpability support reliable cold starts and help reduce engine starting wear;
• Optimal viscosity over a wide temperature range helps maintain stable engine operation under varied driving conditions, including overload;
• Mid SAPS technology provides compatibility with exhaust gas aftertreatment systems including DPF, TWC, EGR and SCR;
• Suitable for conventional and extended Long Life oil change intervals up to 30,000 km where permitted by the vehicle manufacturer;
• Improved fuel efficiency, shear stability, thermal-oxidative stability, resistance to foaming and anti-friction performance compared with previous Volkswagen oil specifications.
Specially developed for the latest Volkswagen and Audi engines requiring VW 508 00 or VW 509 00 specifications, including selected 2.0 TFSI 140 kW and 3.0 TDI CR 160 kW applications. Also recommended for compatible VW, AUDI, SEAT and SKODA vehicles requiring these specifications.
VW 508 00 / 509 00 specifications are not backward compatible with previous Volkswagen oil specifications. Do not use in previous-generation VAG engines unless specifically required by the vehicle manufacturer. The oil is not suitable for use in heavy trucks and similar vehicles.
